Jeff Root - Fossil Rock

"Fossil Rock" is a reeling, rocking fun-fest that explores the great mysteries of the universe and our fragile flicker of existence within it. Jeff's music is a highly imaginitive and idiosyncratic blend blend of captivating pop melodies, rock-tinged social commentary and fun. Jeff Root is a veteran of the Boston Rock Scene with his former band Hot Dates. Jeff has collaborated with comedian Steven Wright and comedy writer Martin Olson and runs a central MA recording studio and production service.  Jeff's primary vocation is as a software engineer for Avid in Burlington, MA. Jeff has performed with Mission of Burma, Hot Dates, J. Geils, and more.
