Highlights from the album would definitely include the track Passerby, an upbeat tune with a driving rhythm that includes harmonica played by Garrett, infectious percussion and lyrics that appeal to crowds of any age or preference in music. Powerful crowd participation song. Also, the title track Priorities, more of a ballad, a relaxed tune and a passionate display of Garrett’s display of: an ode to a Vermont Summer and sends a message of what his Priorities are. Kickback, a catchy. “tap your foot tune” and numerous friends have said it’s a great road trip tune. It is also symbolic of not losing your self to the meticulous details of life and still “kicking back” while you have the chance. The track Tuesday holds a mellow approach to the type of song that conveys a subtle yet powerful message about remaining strong in the face of change. www.garrettjbrown.net
